Well, I keep seeing posts here and there about people needing samples and I even saw a post suggesting we have a sample-share area... I thought it was a fantastic idea, but it seems like no one really wants to share their goods... so, allow me to be the first to offer up a little bit of my sample collection.

Below are links to roughly 7,000 samples in .WAV format (give or take a thousand) from my own personal collection. There are no copyright issues here- a lot of these I recorded/sampled myself, the rest have been culled from various free-distribution sample packs over the years. If anybody else wants to post up links to some of their own samples, I guess this would be the thread to do it. These are free for download and use- I don't even care if I get credit for it. All I ask in return is that you take the time to listen to and possibly review a song or two of mine (but really, you don't even have to do that).

Now I finally can put in some work and maybe even have a chance to approach your superb level of production clarity (it seems half the time samples are the problem, if not EQ'ing, compression, and such).

I just wish I had samples I could share, legally. I only have a handful, may 15 or so, instruments I've created via softsynth and the rest of my sample sets are not public domain otherwise I'd love to share them (I'm pretty sure there are a lot of people on here who do indeed want to exchange samples, but have the same problem).

On the other hand, for those of you who want samples of my songs, nearly every song has .IT format source, and people who need more sample can extract the samples from those (all of which are public domain and 100% legal).

Actually, the stuff that I have posted up is quite a bit different from the content of that website- most of my percussion is single-hit stuff, for building your own loops & beats rather than relying on those of others. Also, a fair percentage of the content that I uploaded is homemade- but kudos for the link anyhow.
