About me
I'm a 22 year old composer from Uppsala, Sweden. I started my music making career right here on TiS back in 1997. I started out using Fast Tracker but moved on to Mad Tracker after a few years. It wasn't until late 2004 that I started using Cubase and VST instruments.
At first, I was only composing for fun, but now I've moved on to compose music for lesser internet games.

Favorite music editor
Cubase Sx 3

Favorite musicians
Frederic Chopin, Bill Brown (game music composer), Rhapsody in Fire

Musical inspiration
Mainly film and game music, but also all kinds of classical or ethnic music.

Advice to other musicians
Love your work, but always strive to outdo yourself.

Notes about my music
I compose for fun and I like experimenting. I never plan ahead before I make a tune, even though I probably should. My lack of planning often results in somewhat incoherrent pieces.

The legend of Ishkar: Welcome to Roldanya

Starting out with a dreamy, mind-touching flute melody which is quickly backed up by a larger string section and march-like percussion, creating a perfect combination of harmonies and rhythm. The piece maintains an interesting chord-scheme through-out and never gets boring or uninteresting. An excel

The Summoning

This is a dark, orchestral piece which unfortunately has little content. It starts out with an accompanying melody which alternates between some double basses and a violin section. After a few measures, a typical horror-type, high pitched violin melody takes the lead. While this melody fits the them

A basic chiptune piece with some great features and some questionable ones. Let's start with the good parts. At 24 seconds, a pitch sliding lead melody starts playing. The same melody repeats at 30 seconds, now with an upper harmony on top. This lead melody is my favorite part of this song. At firs

A very well made, horror-type piece with a slight oriental feel to it. It starts out with a tender, erie passage with a lead melody played by an even erier sounding string instrument, which fits the theme perfectly. Suddenly, heavy tremolos by the double basses take over, carrying a layer of light t

Destination Phoenix by grip is a well-made, high-quality track. The author tells us that this piece was originally written for a game, a fact which explains and justifies the rather repetitive nature of it. This song would indeed fit well in a computer game, but does not do as well as an entertainin
