About me
I'm a dutch polderboy, born in 1981 at some hospital in Amsterdam. I usually climb in windmills, eat cheese and enjoy playing with tulips, but I don't smoke pot. I like Anime, little girls with pink hair, Kasumi, Race games, RPG and Retro arcade, but also ambient/trance music.

During the 'later' early years in existence of the good old demoscene community, I joined up with the demo music / net label Trance-o-Mania in its final years of glory, where I was releasing club/trance and dance stuff made with Impulse Tracker 2.14 under the handle Nekativ.

May 6th, 2000 I started a demo music / net label myself with my old demoscene buddies at the time: Mummra and Cykiq. The project was called "Dream Wave Project" and its releases can still be found at scene.org, but the original website on dreamwaves.org has already died.

During this period I experimented with Psy Trance, while fooling around with new software like Acid, Psycle and Buzz. But as new software continued to expand the horizons of many and Dream Wave Project died in May 2003, I went away from the whole music demo scene, as I felt I could not keep up and didn't enjoy producing tracker based music anymore.

The first few months in 2006 I registered at CTG Music, where some of my old Dream Wave Project buddies where still around. I released 2 tracks made with Renoise, ironically another tracker, but it was great fun being back. However, I removed these tracks later as the Easily Embarrassed ambient chillout project with Peter [[voidpointer]] and my brother Nick [[EE Nick]] both known from their project plantbane. We launched EE on July 8th, 2006 and I thought this was the real deal to put my time and creativity on, while my own old tracks just sucked.

As of 2007, I won't be using my Nekativ handle any longer and I'm not planning to revive it anymore. The demoscene character dies with the handle, as I'm now trying to become active in the world of independend labels and artists, with the little Easily Embarrassed project that I'm really proud of. Yet I do think to keep releasing little experiments and chiptune stuff around the web under EE Jeffrey handle, though I'm looking for a better handle to go with that.

Please visit Easily Embarrassed on our project site on www.embarrassed.nl for some real chillout ;)

Thanks for reading my boring history and please have fun with the music!

Totally loving this trip. Haven't heard much by Louigi, but this is definitely the best thing I heard from him and so far the most chilling piece I found around at TiS. It starts minimal with a really thin layer of atmosphere. Really quiet like I'm used to from hearing some other Louigi ambient pi
