=History of International Clowns=

The account was created by an unknown person on June 19th 2008 with the text in the bio section saying:

"The password to this account is 12345678. Anyone has rights to enter under International Clowns. In fact, you can change the password and don't let anyone in. Or you can post stupid stuff to forums or leave obscene reviews and ratings or just do all of the above and get banned! Yay )"

Over the next several hours (estimated 2 hours) the account was visited by several people, with it's bio and profile being edited in a wiki manner and friend invitations sent out. Along with that International Clowns were posting to forums, commenting people's profiles and rating songs. At the moment it is impossible to know how much output was produced.

After around 2 hours of existence, first song under International Clowns was released. Within 5-10 minutes another two songs appeared, the latter of which was a recording of a voice synthesizer, saying "I am killing off this account. It is irresponsible and shows disrespect for the integrity of Trax in Space". Apparently, after that it was impossible to login to the account under the 12345678 password. The well-wisher of TiS desired to remain unknown, saying that he is just a "concerned citizen". He was nicknamed Serious Guy among some and his identity remains unknown.

Although it is not clear what were the intentions behind creating International Clowns, it is generally believed that the incident made a strong point showing that any unadministrated site is easily abused.

Today the account is maintained by two musicians, who were able to negotiate a fair use of International Clowns, by agreeing to not post to forums and not comment, review or rate songs but only release funny weird music.
