1Overall Description
Vocals of the 80s, instruments of the 90s, nice feel, but I couldn't figure out much of the lyrics, though I really wanted to! I felt the drums could have been stronger and the vocals more discernible. It's easy to slide on by with just presenting a "feel" or a "sound" but I can't let my fellow musicians do that :) As a listener, if I can't figure out the words, I'm not going to give the song many more plays. In light of that I feel this track is still in good shape in terms of what kind of overall sound it's going for, and for that I give a 4.

2Creativity Description
The intro was pretty entertaining. I would have enjoyed it more if the guitar didn't have that machine-gun effect going on (wouldn't hurt to have just a regular sound there.) It's cool to stand out but don't try too hard. A lot of props for little effects here and there.

In terms of musicality I think the guitar melody could have used a much broader range.

3Arrangement Description
Good arrangement, no jumpy transitions anywhere and it flows smoothly from beginning to end. I think the ending could use a little flair.

4Sound Quality Description
I think the drums (kick, snare), need to be heavier to match the guitars and kind of "fill out" the sound.

5Vocals Description
I think the lyrics are rather diminished by the flanger/phase effect laid over it. I personally enjoy being able to discern the words being sung (as stated above), and it's a bit difficult in this situation, even on the 2nd time around. Really the song's identity hinges on it especially when someone is singing, it is how we'll remember the song for the emotions invoked. I can pick up words like "night", "light", "Live and let live, let the feeling .." and can't get more than that. Appears to have a strong Duran-Duran influence, which I really like. (Sorry about dropping a name or comparing!)

6Does it work as a piece of music Description
Quite nearly!
