1Overall Description
There's nothing wrong with minimalism in and of itself and the tonal curvature of the drums it actual quite good (a little "Krupa-ish" like the famous drum-ist)...but this song simply sounds like a loop from the intro of an 80's song, no changes, no surprised, nothing more to hold your attention.

2Creativity Description
The curvature of the drums is the only here I could find musically commendable. Everything else, including the cliche'd buzzy synth sound, just hangs there in an almost E-Jay-ish fashion. If you want to do more maximalist music, or music heavy on vocals, you can get away with lack of variation, but without either of those elements and very little variation this song dies out creatively.

3Arrangement Description
There's actually little wrong with the arrangement of this song, most of why it fails is because of the context it falls into. This song is somewhat serious, wheras, for example, the Khin's excellent pop song "I See", which isn't much more complex or less cheezy or the Cure "Close to Me"...both of which seem to intentionally be nostalgic and have vocals to complete the mood. I wish I could explain better, but you really just need to hear those song and compare to know what I mean.

4Does it work as a piece of music Description
It lacks the variation and attitude that, while often able to be backed up in non-minimalist songs, are essential to holding interest in a minimalist piece. This artist could have good potential, but needs to put this song in a different context and add more surprises to hold a listener's interest and sound confident doing so.
