1Overall Description
I usually wont review a song unless it immediately strikes me as at least a 4 of 5 but this song is a strange exception. It would totally be a 4 or 5 if it wasn't for a few small details so I thought I'd give my personal opinion to possibly help you improve in the future.

2Creativity Description
Creatively it's a very nice piece. It sounds a bit derivative of some british trip hop bands of the 90's but that's not a dig at the creativity of the song itself. It uses some nice unique riffs and sounds which make it a pretty interesting listen.

3Artistic License Description
Ok I'm going to go ahead and point it out right here, my main problem with the song is that synth lead that kicks in at the 13 second mark and repeats itself periodically for the remainder of most of the song. It feels so out of place and repetative and I feel like it is holding back the potential of what is an awesome song. The rest of the song is great and then this out of place synth just keeps kicking in and reminding me of its prescence. The more I listen to the song the more I get used to hearing this synth here which is possibly what happened to you while creating it while my first impression was that it was really annoying.

I feel like I'm being a bit harsh in this review and I don't want you to get the wrong impression but this is just my personal opinion.

4Arrangement Description
I'm going to all out go ahead and give the arrangement a 5. The song itself is great, it uses some amazing sounds and it picks me up and drops right back into the 90's with an amazing nostalgic feeling. It all transitions really smoothly, it progresses and develops like a true trip-hop track building up to that climax and then bam it hits for home run.

5Does it work as a piece of music Description
Minus my opinions on the 13 second synth which I covered above I would definitely give this track a 4. It has some really punchy riffs and it is pretty dark and edgy which is a great mood to convey. (From what I have heard of your music so far you have a knack for this kind of stuff.)

It's definitely an awesome piece of music work and I've added it straight to my downloads folder. If you do however go back and remake the song without that synth, I will be looking out for it.

Yeah, I think that distorted 303 has disappeared in the mix because I've just gotten used to it. Excellent review :)
