1Overall Description
Very strong "scatter logic" drums and an almost funk-like variant bassline (think Plump Djs) and drum rolls (used as fills) lift this goa track, at least in part, to another level...I'd actually say it's about 3.7 but I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt as it pushes a lot of boundaries in rhythm and energy.

2Creativity Description
Again the way the drums and instruments are put on seperate modulations is very pro-standard, even for goa which is big on such modulations. The snare work around 5:35 is superb and at about 6:18 some wicked portamento leads come in (a bit BT-ish effects) and tons of layers of modulated synths dominate throughout. While it may seem a bit moodless for everyday listening this would work perfectly in virtually any futuristic racing video game IE the Wipeout series...it works more as an energy piece than an emotional one.

3Artistic License Description
In the same way the dark techno group Fluke is creative but unmemorable to many this track gains good marks in artistic license for those who can see through to its technical individuality (namely other artists and producers). To open this up to be memorable to other listeners, though, more melodic content is needed (at least 2 distinct melodic parts but more likely 3 considering the song's length).

4ArrangementDescription
While the effects and alternative rhythm styles are quite amusing technically and in a physiological sort of way (IE you can really feel all the instruments not just the drums do to how they are arranged), this song's parts just seem to drag on somewhat, holding the same mood and dropping and adding seemingly random instruments. Sounds a bit like Infected Mushroom as compared to Astral Projection...and I strongly suspect Astral Projection eclipsed IM in popularity because they evolved their songs with distinct chorus/main melody/outro/intro...moods. This one needs some of this evolution if it is to hold listen interest for the full 7:28.

5Sound Quality Description
Very Infected Mushroom-esque production with both very clear and aggressive analogue sounds and "proper detunings" chosen...which, obviously, is a good sign for any goa musician.

6Does it work as a piece of music Description
To be honest, producers are going to admire this a lot more than the general public due to lack of melodic content and at least one melodic hook IE the level that Astral Projection has. However, academically speaking, the track sounds musically solid and very confident, and gets a 4 in the overall rating because it ultimately has the energetic drive, even though some "less-educated" listeners who don't make goa music themselves realistically won't catch it (which explains the 3 in this section).

Thank you for your reviews :) I didn't want to make this melodic so much this time. But if you listen carefully, you spot the little lovely melody in the end of this song :)
