1Overall Description
As I read the name Babylon, I thought of middle east musics, Arabic, perhaps Persian or even Hindi. When I saw it was labeled as d'n'b and progressive, I said to myself that this can be anything but like middle east kind of music and it was a bit of "let down".

The music finished downloading, and I pressed the play on winamp with a bit of disappointment. After all I thought I was fooled by its name. As the music started, the sonic presentation comes with a male voice sample followed by a lines of bass that sounded surprisingly powerful and deep which instantly caught my attention and interest. Right at this moment I noticed this sound in the background and it sounded like those in Arabic music.

The music took off and it really was a take off, as the the drum kicks hard and moves at a high velocity. The drum work is absolutely delicious, delightful and powerful (This is something standard with this artist, his works of drum patterns are simply the best). You are dragged with the music at the speed of light until 03:43 where the break comes in, and music changes shape and direction and suddenly becomes Arabic in its nature. WoooW, This was what I wanted to hear and even more.

West music meets east, in high speed but a perfect harmony. The music was so great that I was almost directly addicted to it, and instantly started to see if the artist has made a "Babylon 2" or not. Very original in its nature, and unique in its sounding.

Very different in a good way, surprisingly well arranged in its structure. The atmospherics indicate that a tremendous amount of work has been put to this one. I love the idea behind this tune. A download is warmly recommended.

2Arrangement Description
Imagine a banana in the shape of an apple! is that possible? It's what we have here with this tune, a d'n'b type of music, oriental influenced with instruments used in Arabic musics.

Can Arabic sound like d'n'b?! Until today I would say no they can't, but now I can clearly hear that I was wrong. Besides the great input of middle eastern type of tunes into this one, this piece also carries moods and emotions... While the drums and beat system in this tune is hard, fast and heavy, still in its themes you receive moods of relaxations and emotions such as joy. The music was so beautifully arranged and composed that during the whole duration of it I was just like glued to the speakers. Enjoying every moment and second of it.

The fact that eastern kind of sound meets the west kind is just amazing in this one. The different elements of sounds are brought together in a perfect harmony, The drum kicks at the speed of light, the "ney-labak" sounds slow and emotional, yet both of them fit each other in such a way that is indescribable, it should be heard. I strongly recommend you to download this one.

3Sound Quality Description
The great attention that has been payed to bring out the best of every sound in terms of quality is simply huge. The instruments used in this tune are hand picked from every corner of the world. Instruments that normally shouldn't go with each other do that here, and they do so in a perfect harmony.

Every sample sounds crystal clear, every instrument is balanced so exact that it seems like they were done in a studio. Very nice and clever use of samples and instruments is also to be noticed here, the musician has done a job here that I call professional, no matter what others say, this is a complete sound project in my ears.
