1Overall Description
I always, when listening to a song for the first time, have the artists own interpretation of the track in mind while forming my own at the same time. This track certainly ewokes the feeling of falling snow, for me something of a mix between Harry Potter and Edward Scissorhands. From a pure movie-feeling it then moves on to a more ambient feeling with sweeping strings and laid-back rhythms. The downsides with this track is that the rhythms feel to distinct and powerful at times and melody-wise it gets a bit too much towards the end, I feel that playing on the soft subtleness of the track would have been a wiser choice. Still, it is a track with good feel and interesting instrumentation. Overall a rating of 4 but perhaps not a very strong one.

2Creativity Description
My feel is that a lot of creativity went into the whole sections of the soft bells, it expresses a more qualitative and wonderful sense than the rest of the track. The other parts sound more rushed.

3Artistic License Description
The song makes an interesting crossover between a more up-tempo ambient, a bit slower ambient combined with more soundtrack-sounding elements in between. That's certainly creativity.

4Arrangement Description
Here are some of the (few I might add) problems with the song. The bassline is too distinct, and in my sense, too rapidly played for ambient. It's just not soft enough. Second thing is the a bit too volume-overpowered drums. Perhaps a more laid-back rhythm could have created a more diverse and rich-sounding environment.
