1Overall Description
A laid-back piece with one acoustic guitar, a piano and drums. It has been done before, heard before, but usually most songs like those manage to retain a lot of originality and interest. This song though falls a bit short in that regard and doesn't do it for me. Overall a little bit below average. So taken all together it gets a rating of 2 from me.

2Creativity Description
Simplistic songs are sometimes the most creative ones. Why? Because a simple song needs to have something more than a lot of notes playing simultaneously in order to persuade the listener of the songs interest. This song is simple but also without interest and thus fails with its goal.

3Artistic License Description
Songs like this have been heard many times before and breaks no ground as a stand-out track.

4Arrangement Description
This is the weakest point of the song. The guitar is too distinct and sounds "stressed" when played. It should have been much more tuned with regard to volume, arrangement (more rapid but softer arrangements layered with distinct counterpoints to create dynamic). Now it's just loud with an attitude of 'in your face' that doesn't go well together with the scene the song tries to achieve. A musical conflict.
The piano should have been more tuned and in more quality, it sounds nothing like a real piano but very synthesized and 'trackeresque'.

5Sound Quality Description
No the instruments are not tuned (see reference for guitar in arrangement). The bass drum is too distinct and not deep enough. Should have used a deeper bass with a much softer snare/clap to lay the backbone. Actually, sometimes you don't need a snare/clap at all, just let a soft chime and easy bass drum to the job. Less is more in this case.

6Does it work as a piece of music Description
I don't really see it doing that, foremost for the reason that the song sounds unfinished and like a work in progress. Better instruments quality wise and a more worked through lead melody with the guitar and piano might prove to be something more. In its current state though, this track doesn't do it for me.

I'm not sure you understand the definition of "tuning", you seem to be confusing it with "volume balance". All of the instruments are in tune with each other.
