1Overall Description
A friend who was also listening calls it-

"Our generation's answer to the Beatles 'Revolution #9'"

2Creativity Description
The post-production sets the stage in this piece; wicked glitchy.

3Artistic License Description
It's a glee club in shock therapy.

4ArrangementDescription
It simply twitches out source material. I will make no judgment whether or not it is being used permissively.

5Sound Quality Description
Not a night at the Met quality, but from what can be discerned, the source music alone is inspired enough to be enjoyed in a rich Opera hall.

6Vocals Description
I don't understand the lyrics, but the vocal styling is a unique choice for glitch music. I'm a sucker for the glitch; what can I say?

7Does it work as a piece of music Description
There were many classic rock albums out there before I was born that had things like this as interstitual music. They don't have enough of something like this out today.

Sorry, that was my daughter's comment on the piece, not your review which I appreciate. For the record I did have permission to use the source material though they had no idea what would happen to it and might think differently now.
