1Overall Description
A remix of a well-known classic, this track has a very solid introduction. The percussion and four-on-the-floor beat is well-executed; it is not overused, but still provides plenty of good sections for all-out dancing. :)

There are a few issues with the track, though, which prevent me giving it four stars, and they're mostly to do with tuning and key. A few of the instruments don't sit well in the mix because their tuning is at odds with the rest of the mix - perhaps the clearest example of this is the arpeggiated synth line introduced at 1.10. Another small pitch-related issue is the final note played by the bass in each two-bar phrase.

From a technical point of view, I would have appreciated a bit more panning variation in the track: everything sounds very centred. Moving different sections of the percussion to the left and right channels, and slowly rotating the arpeggiated synth across the panorama would be the easiest way to fix this, and would make the track more interesting.

All that being said, this is still a good dance track, although somewhat convential (not that being conventional is necessarily a bad thing, particularly in dance tracks). It would work well mixed into a dance playlist. Unfortunately the track is a bit short, but that's because of the composer's slow internet connection, so no points lost there. :)
