| Very nice laidback piece. Pretty good sample work, could have been better, but this track doesn't ask for that 'ultra-realistic' orchestrating, I think. Really like the drums, maybe a little bit overpanned, but I think that makes them interesting. As you said, it needs a bit of polishing, the sound sometimes seems a bit harsh. The composition itself is a bit dull, if I may say so. It doesn't sound 'heroic' (even with the brass sounds) nor does it sound really sad or give me any other clear feeling. Like I said; I consider this to be a bit of a 'laidback' hiphop-like track with some very nice orchestral works. Maybe it can be defined as a ballad. Overall: very nice work. | ||
