1Overall Description
Your regular hard-based techno-track. I kind of laughed when i saw your comment 'slitely distorted kick and cymbals to get that underground sound', accept for the fact that it's not been done slightly (i'll come back to that), I do not really think this track has a 'underground' feeling. At least not the underground i know.

2Creativity Description
Well, not much new here. I think i hear some interesting fills with the base-drum, but i could be mistaken, it's pretty hard to define. It is of course a very repetitive and a bit dull track, but well, that's most techno. I'm sure it would be enjoyable on the dancefloor.

3Artistic License Description
The thing that brings it down the most is the quality of the piece. Really, distortion is mostly used to add extra sound to something, in your case it seems to drown most other sound. Besides that it's a very potent techno-track.
One thing that struck me was the bass-drum being pitched up as some fill-in. This is a bit funny and doesn't really fit in the piece. Besides that it gives quite some emptiness in the sound, since the drum is also becoming shorter. Some reverb and nice effects might solve both of these problems.

4Arrangement Description
Good choice of samples. Very nice groove in the loop. The main melody isn't that bad. Like i said, a good techno-track. Even the samples are balanced pretty well, but again, it's the distortion that kinda spoils it for everybody.

5Sound Quality Description
Right, about distortion. Experiment with it, like you did here, but this time I tell you: No, this is not entirely right. Putting a distortion over the bass in a way it sounds like it's destroying the speakers, may give a bit of 'underground' feeling. But that's only because underground party's usually have very lazy sound-technicians walking around, that is, if there is a technician present at all.
Besides that, I think the track is overall a bit too loud. This is purely personal, but i like dynamics in any kind of music, even techno. In my opinion, go low on the limiters and be careful with the compressors.

6Does it work as a piece of music Description
I'm repeating myself; It is a very worthy techno-track, just a shame of the distortion. Nice experiment, but too bad it failed.
