1Overall Description
Jeez what an enormous song. This will take some time to review. Overall, it's simply beautiful. I think it fits pretty well in the theme you have chosen. The piece stays interesting throughout the full (almos) 12 minutes and that's really respect-worthy.
The song includes some very good synth-loops, some even acid-like, and I just love that.

2Creativity Description
The track doesn't bore me for a second. And it counts quite a lot seconds. A very nice combination of instruments is used and that gives the track quite an unique feeling.

3Artistic License Description
Excellent choice of samples, accept for the hihat (i will come back to that). Really enjoyed it when the tracks breaks loose around 10:30, pure orgasm, but maybe over-used the crash slightly. And it's not the best crash sample chosen there. Also 4 minutes of intro is just a bit too much for me, even for a 12 minute song.

4Arrangement Description
Overall, all the sounds fill up each other really well. Everything is very well balanced.
There are a few minor things I do not really like about this track:
The open hi-hat that is present throughout the track (after the intro that is) can be really irritating as soon as you start to notice it. It's a dry simple piece of noise that doesn't fit in the subtlety of the rest of the sounds.
If the piano starts playing 'solo' around 7:50, it sounds awfully dry. A bit of reverb would have it blend in a lot better.
The bassdrum could have been a bit lower and more subtle. It has a high/mid reverb sound over it, which I think doesn't really fit in the piece. That is, if you hear it; as soon as more instruments join, the mid/high of the bassdrum isn't noticeable anymore.

5Sound Quality Description
Very good mix. Almost all perfect quality samples, accept for that open hihat. Little to add here.

6Does it work as a piece of music Description
No doubt. This is suited for home, work, car and also dancefloor. Although the dj probably will skip the first 3 minutes of intro, but that still leaves 9 minutes to play.

I think the song deserved 5 full stars, still this is a detailed and balanced review. Good job BlastDoors.
