1Overall Description
Well, here I go again: reviewing another Soem's piece. And not the worst of all, far from it. This has so many flavors in it, different colors, suit perfectly the title. So many thoughts go thru your head when you take a break in the rush for a hot cup of cafe. Just as it does with this tune. The more you go thru the track, the more images come to you..

2Creativity Description
Drums lines are slowly progressing, with this offset starting at 00'19" till 00'35" then comes in this timbal or something? And when this harmonica-like synth bursts in at 00'57": cafe's ready! I've heard more innovatine beats from Soem, but synths are taking you for a short journey all the way seamlessly. Not many different motives either, but not much time for a long trip when drinking your cafe, I guess, no? ;)

3Arrangement Description
Interesting intro, with this off-beat on your drum line. Sweet break, giving full room to your main motive. And the outro, sort of mixing rythmic lines with some backward-like synths gives a feel of time slowing down. Technically, nothing wrong, all goes well together, if it wasn't a slight lack of depth or stereo on your drums, just too much centered to me. This timbal you're playing all the way with, could have been stereo-ed much more, to add more dimension.

4Sound Quality Description
Now, that's what bugs me: it's all good till 02'17"-ish. Soem brings in a pad synth, not saturated but level is waaay too high, and it takes over the whole track till the end. It does kill the feels from other instruments. The track keeps its clarity and then, all of a sudden, gets all blurry..

5Does it work as a piece of music Description
Oh yes, no doubt about it. The theme is carried all the way, enriched, developed and stands effortlessly. Appealing motives, intelligent beat, yes, it definitely works as a piece of music!

I think it wouldn't be "right" if I were to pick your tracks purposely. There are tunes I choose not to review because I wouldn't be able to understand the author's vision. But otherwise, I just take'em as they come, so to speak ;)

I'm really glad anyway, it's a great feeling to know that there's someone else out there who kinda sees "the big picture". It acctually feels good to know that you don't choose to review my tracks, you know?

Well, it's always easier to review one's music that you understand. But believe it or not, I don't choose the songs I review, I just click the lbue button to fill my cue and your songs show there ;)

That synthpad is really the only thing that bothered me. You understand my music very well, CH! I'm lucky to have such a good reviewer.. I thank you for taking the time to review all my tracks :)
