1Overall Description
This is a very well-composed piece of progressive metal. In four and a half minutes, murdersgalore manages to take us to depths of despair and frustration, and lift us back to normalcy. The guitar work is excellent, and the percussion is absolutely top-notch. I highly recommend this, and manyof murdersgalore's other songs, to any fan of any flavor of metal.

2Creativity Description
The soundscapes that murdersgalore presents us with are varied, and quite original. Juxtaposing the more melodic guitar and vocals with heavier segments and truly pounding drums serves quite well to carry the piece's sense of urgency mixed with frustration and regret.

3Arrangement Description
murdersgalore has done quite a job of mixing progressive's more freewheeling sound with speed or thrash metal's machine gun drumming and grinding guitar riffs. The transitions from one to the other feel seemless and natural, although the drums could have used a bit more punch at times.

4Sound Quality Description
Overall, the sound quality is good. It sounds somewhat tinny and muffled at times, but that could simply be the mp3 quality. It sounds more like a live recording or bootleg than full-on studio effort. It's still a good listen, though.

5Vocals Description
The vocals are somewhat in the style of Rush, and they fit the tone of the song perfectly. While it would still be worth listening to as an instrumental, the vocals definitely bring a lot to the table. murdersgalore has an excellent voice, and I must admit I was a bit surprised by his depth and range. The first few of his songs that I listened to were more or less full-on death metal, complete with growling and screaming. In this effort, however, murdersgalore shows us that he is indeed a talented singer, capable of a wide variety of vocal styles.
