1Overall Description
This is a very well-performed and well-produced track, although it is somewhat generic mainstream nu-metal. I still enjoyed the track, as it is replete with speedy drumming and crunchy, oft-muted guitar. The vocals are very reminiscent of Killswitch Engage's Howard Jones, which is a definite plus.

2Creativity Description
As stated above, the track is somewhat generic. The band really hasn't done much to push the limits of the genre, and while the track is good it's nothing we haven't heard before (those of us who have listened to crossover metal, at any rate). While the guitar is a bit more adventurous than typical crossover, it still doesn't break new ground. I'm honestly not trying to bash the song, as I enjoy it immensely. It is well written and performed, just not stunningly new.

3Arrangement Description
This is one professional-grade track. The band and their production crew obviously took time and care putting this song (and indeed the entire album) together. All of the recording was very well done, and the mix is superb. The drums and bass are visceral (no pun intended) in their impact, and the guitar and vocals are perfectly balanced to carry the song. All of the transitions are quite smooth, with the dual exception of the intro and the outro. They sound a bit abrupt, but they may be intended to carry the album seamlessly from track to track. It's only when the tracks are taken as singular entities that this becomes an issue.

4Sound Quality Description
Once again, they obviously took a great deal of care in recording and mixing this song. Everything was performed and recorded with exceptional attention to detail. This is the level of sound quality that we expect from major-label bands with million-dollar recording budgets. Much better than garage band caliber.

5Vocals Description
The vocals are excellent. The singer has a voice that is very well suited to this style of music. As previously stated, he sounds very similar to Howard Jones of Killswitch Engage (minus Howard's screams and growls), exhibiting skill and range. He has a clear voice, but with enough edge to fit the song and the genre quite well.

6Does it work as a piece of music Description
This track most definitely works as a piece of radio-ready crossover. It's not necessarily the most original song in the world, but that doesn't stop it from being enjoyable, nor does it detract from the care and skill taken in writing and recording it. Big thumbs up.
