1Overall Description
StormFlod is a solid Tune. The Drums are distinctly Trance with the spline Kick and reverb clap stomping along with a bassline that will rip you wide open. The Melody and Harmonies dance around each other reminding me of Goa. It does this without a Big washy Pad underpining it making it sound sorta minimal but in a good way. I could have gone for some more hihat/closed hats on the 2nd and 4th beats but it is a minor thing. The song stands out as very well balanced and Equalized.

The Mood of the song is somewhat dark but not morose or depressed. It sounds more like a Majestic Beast Beautiful yet Dangerous. Or just as the Picture says like a Wave about to smash you into the coral reef below. A Good Trance tune always makes me feel as though I were riding atop it and flowing as the wind in a current. Have you ever listening to this music in front of a powerful Fan? It feels as though the song is the wind as it blows threw your hair. Maybe I'm just strange but anyhow it's the litmus test I use to judge it beyond the technical.
