1Overall Description
This is a dark, orchestral piece which unfortunately has little content. It starts out with an accompanying melody which alternates between some double basses and a violin section. After a few measures, a typical horror-type, high pitched violin melody takes the lead. While this melody fits the theme and works well with the other instruments, it is not a very interesting melody (which seldom is the case for melodies in pieces of this character). After this, a short timpani build up takes the piece to its final part which brings us a new, better and more interesting chord progression, along with some choirs.
The chord progression in general is very good for a piece of this type. Great use of minors and dims with a few, well selected touches of majors to create the perfect atmosphere. The melodies fit the theme, but are not very interesting to me, which brings the listening experience down a bit.

2Creativity Description
To me, this is not a very original piece. It brings little new to the scene and will not stirke you as a "great piece". However, it sort of "does what its good at" and succeeds in being a horror piece for a game soundtrack. I just wish the piece had been longer and contained a little more variation.

3Arrangement Description
Quite good arrangement with a great chord scheme and some nice featuers here and there. The transition between the non-choir part and the choir part is well made and works well.
What I don't like with the arrangement is the use of triads in both the string sections and the choirs. I've learned (by experience) to stay away from pure triads when composing orchestral music. They tend to make the sound a bit muddy and do not give a real sound.

4Sound Quality Description
One thing that could have given this piece a higher overall score, is better samples / sound quality. I do not know what program or samples were used to compose this song, but most of the samples are quite noisy and lack depth. The string sections sound authentic and are good except for the noise, but the choirs lack authenticity and almost sound like they were produced with the help of some kind of synthesizer. I believe that with better samples, this piece would have been a lot more interesting.

5Does it work as a piece of music Description
Yes, it would work well for a game where the demand for an interesting melody is low. The great chords produces a perfect game atmosphere. Sadly, the poor sound quality keeps me from giving the top score in this section.
