1Overall Description
Very upbeat and funky old school track featuring very groovy rhythms and an enthusiastic melody. The use of typical tracking samples detract a lot from the enjoyment of this song, however. Some better samples would have ensured a better score, as I was in doubt whether to award 3 or 4 stars and decided on the former because of the problemts with sound quality.

2Creativity Description
Some creative variations here and there go a long way to keep this song interesting, and there are lots of little details, greatly freshening up the song as a whole. A little more variarion towards the end wouldn't have hurt, though that's really just a minor gripe here. Good, solid work.

3Arrangement Description
The beats occasionally sound a little sloppy and sometimes not 100% within the beat, which I don't think fits entirely with the rest of the melody. Other than that, the instruments are for the most part nicely balanced and fits the song well. Special praise to the composer for the breakdown right after the two minute mark, which features really great bass/synth interplay.

4Sound Quality Description
These are tracking samples, and on that count alone they will almost never get top marks for sound quality. One of the main problems with samples of this type is that they are usually very weak in the higher frequencies. I can tell that some effort has gone into dealing with this problem, as there is very little hiss to be heard. Since this song has undergone some post-processing in terms of normalisation, I'd also expect some frequency boosting to deal with the overall sound, which gets slightly muffled at times.

5Does it work as a piece of music Description
It works as a song in its own right, but I'd really like to hear a non-tracked version of this one, as it features a lot of the flaws inherent in tracking.
