A progressive beauty of the medative kind. It retains the signature Xerxes soft sound with a touch of roughness in the bassline and certain stabs.... Read full review

Somehow this song reminds of Klaus Schulzes style with modern sounds. ( I don't know where that came ) . Quite progressive, I like how those drums keep coming more and more in front, and ofcourse that asiatype instument ( erhu or something ) , is just perfect. Not to mention again of those lovely lovely pads in behind. I'm surprised of those "trance" elements, they do sound extremely good. Good work !

This is very nice. Has indeed a touch of CBL-ness. Please keep on producing music in this style ok? :) Worth a fat 4/5 for me.

Great track! The mood is hypnotic and melancholic. An appropriate score for the late nights!

Okay, well, I just wrote up a review and it got removed because I gave it a star rating. So here's a summary. It's good and reminds me of Carbon Based Lifeforms without being too similar. The mix is a bit thin and condensed and could benefit from some panning with certain instruments, and it needs to sound a bit fuller (though I do not know how to go about that). Some of the synths are a bit cheesy, too, but I have no idea what to do about that and it's not too detrimental to the piece. Anway, yeah. It's a good piece. Keep up the work.
