Artist's description:
This is a song by my band Poolside and me. It could change some more before appearing on an album. (;

With "Let It Live," Poolside takes the boy-band sound about as far as it can possibly go. I really get this image of the Backstreet Boys learning how to play guitars and trying really, really, REALLY ... Read full review

Very very catchy song crosses somewhere between Daft Punk, Sugar Ray (more so than anything else), and, dare I admit, the kind of catchy pop-reggae-type stuff Paris Hilton writes (yes she does in fact... Read full review

Vocals of the 80s, instruments of the 90s, nice feel, but I couldn't figure out much of the lyrics, though I really wanted to! I felt the drums could have been stronger and the vocals more discernibl... Read full review

This is a complete song, lacking in no way. Vocals and all. By the way the vocals are written to the beat not just thrown in there. I would say that you HAVE to hear this song. It is one of the be... Read full review

I really like this song — from the ’80s style ‘clap’ beat in the background, to the retriggers in the beginning, to the chiptune-y blipety-bleep, to the Daft Punkish vocoding. These pieces ar... Read full review

This is a modern-dusty music, I hear 80's and 90's in this one as well as new age stuff, lovely. No limits nor any boundaries, with this one you've gone wild, this is outside Sonar or Cubase. Welcome to the next step of evolving as a musician.

Awesome song TwiTerror. I had to listen to this song start to finish. I have absolutely no idea how you pulled of this kind of wizardry! 5 stars from me!

Excellent poppy song :) I think the low end could be cleaned up on both guitar and drums (especially the kick, it's veery rumbly), and the guitar could stand out in the mix just a shade more. I know that musical theory demands that endings compliment their intros, but most people don't pay attention to that. This one is kind of abrupt. If nothing else, you can always repeat the chorus and fade out. That's what I do when I can't think of a cool wrap. Wow, look at me yammer. Rockin' tune :D

Ah, that rocks. Interesting vocal sound indeed, and one can even make out the words. :) Lots of nifty details and variation in this song.

Wow! This is by far, one of the best things I've heard in awhile! I really love guitar; it really holds the song together because you weren't afraid to toughen up the sound. The second bridge is great too and the verses are just plain sexy. Keep it up :D

Well, I'm not British, but I know it makes me sound that way. I was going for a daft punk sort of sound. I just never know how to finish this track, and what changes need to be made. So much to do!

Awesome :D I really really liked it %u2014 the only thing I would change is the ending, it just ends so quickly and cut off-ish. Maybe repeating the chorus and/or making the last beat different could help with that. The distortion on the vocals reminded me of Daft Punk, and made the singer sound British :)
