Artist's description:
During an old one hour compo, The Nightstalker channeled fellow Outpost member Nifflas with a bit of Rhodes piano action. Now, this instrumental piece has been transcribed into Reason and released as a full single. Trumpet and saxophone trade riffs over bass, two electronic pianos, and occasionally some light strings. The last half minute of this one is truly something special for fans of The Nightstalker.

Inspiration:
The wonderful music of Nifflas. See Mysterious Forest from #modarchive Story and Mystery from Outpost Music for the specific songs of Nifflas that heavily influenced this one.

This track is a nice track. It's as well nice to listen to, as to have at the background while you are working on something or having a chat. The track has enough to make it interesting, but in the s... Read full review

it is amazing to think that these are not real instruments in that they have been handled so well as to sound as if played live. I like the cool jazz feel of the track in the begining.

Bizarre, I know this is pop, but it has a very similar feel and sense of "envelopment "to both Libris and Eyspire's ambient works. Shoot...this almost tempts me to try and cleverly use simple arrangements...this takes what sounds like a GM set with enhanced horns and all of maybe 4 drums and "only" one moving filter on the snare as a production effect...and turns it into something with the drive and energy of, say, Edzes' monster trance tracks. This is up there with any song on the site in any genre and Roncli's best, in my opinion...it's that good. It's a miracle of strong composition, put it that way.

Yeah. Agreed. Roncli has a tremendous skill when it comes to easy listening/ballad songs. There's something in his songs that feels familiar, there's something in his sounds that goes straight into the heart. What I love the most though is the beauty of the simplicity in his works.

Thoroughly enjoyed this track. Found it be very easy listening, and very relaxing too. Once again roncli shows exactly why he is one of my favourite artists.

A wonderful easy listening tune. Very relaxing... even though the snare is a bit buckwild, it makes it all the more better.

Nifflas! Some kind of machine, he is. I wish I had his art skills, too, just a talented machine of man. O: (how sexual that sounds)

Just as an added note, I wanted to dedicate this piece to everyone here on TiS2 who has been more than supportive of my music. Consider this piece a "thank you", because without many of you (especially slammy!), I would not have taken the time to transcribe and release this.
