Artist's description:
Many years ago a brave soul uploaded several recordings of his sister's recital to a newsgroup I created for amateur musicians. I asked for, and he gave, permission to use the recordings. Well.... this is what happened to one of them which was formerly "O Divin Rédempteur". I don't expect anyone to like this. But whatever - consider it a remix Avant-garde style.

Contributors:
An anonymous young woman and pianist - plus a couple of digital effects here and there to enhance the sound a bit.

Inspiration:
Ashwood

Simply, I like the music manipulated this way.

the mood this sets is deliciously sinister. I love it. this would be great to perform live with video projecting on a huge screen behind you. this is going in the favorite pile.

Hi Cortoh, it is, no doubt, not a love song ;-) I have listened to this a few times since putting it up here. (I swore I wouldn't because I had listened to it for some ten hours straight putting it together!). I now think I might have been too conservative in places.

Frankly, every bending makes me smile, I love that "i-dont-care-about-others" it gives to the track. Not something plate to play when you want to warm up a lady, but definitely a piece to have handy, whenever you wanna go wacko and gogo alone in your home! -- Technically, not much to say, despite it could sound a bit odd, even, uncomfortable for some, there's not much to fix up and fine-tune in here, the atmosphere is set and one should close his eyes while listening and find out where this piece is leading him.. He might be surprised ;) C-H

Hi ceekayed. Yes it does go over the top at times - but it feels -so- good when it stops! - Glad you like it.

Awesome! Goes kinda over the top with the pitch bends every now and then, but it's still lovely.
