A funky little that's largely about the bass. There are also a couple of vocal samples which I found lying about my hard drive and threw in for good measure. :) No loops.

Groovy, funky, catchy: this is a neat little tune to go on your iPod while going for a walk or just wandering about. Not as many motives as Barry usually puts in his pieces, but with the short time fo... Read full review

Thanks, C-H! :) I'm glad you liked it. I actually use OpenMPT to write the tracks, with a whole bunch of plugs (especially Native Instrument's Kontakt). :)

Definitely a nice and well-done tune, especially made with Impulse, and good exemple of Impulse audio engine. Bass line, drums, piano, as it was said before, it all fits in place nice and easy, and if anything's missing there, it'd be.. applause smp for the outro ;)

The round bass goes fine with the beats which are absolutely nice. The theme reminds me of 80's and early 90's disco. You have found a way with piano which makes your music projects sound beautiful and alive.

I'd also like to point out just how well ALL the instruments fit together. I love that drum work (snare, hats, kick all just right for each other) AND the bouncing bassline underneath...and the rhodes piano setting the stage for everything else to move around on. Yeah!! Good stuff :D
