Artist's description:
Space Voodoo Jazz. Not mainstream and catchy like my other stuff on here, beware. Interesting drum time signature and bass line I think, check it out.

Props to Alizhen for taking an experimental rhythm measure...sounds to me like a 5/8th rhythm...and injecting into it the degree of confidence in break-beat hip-hop. Has a flat foreground that inject... Read full review

Yummy jazz goodness :) This tune is smooth and sexy, hard things to achieve with less common time signatures. Excellent.

Very nice, interesting and exotic.. great, i mean Great work. I was really touched by those backround synths -> mixed with that funky ass wah guitar drums made this fuzzy, blurry, nauseous experience (in a good way of course)

Wow...just when I thought you were always going to just keep churning out top-notch quality, but somewhat predictable commercial-style hits you come out with this!!!...You've indeed began to challenge the way we think of rhythm (in the lieu of those on here like DJ I/O and myself) but with enough of your usual sparkling presentation quality to keep the average commercial listener engaged (unlike the rest of us music theorists on TIS). My only gripe is there's a bit too much focus on the snare and on mostly 8th and some 16th notes...I know I'm picky but I'd love to hear you go crazy with several liquid d&b-like "echoing/morphing" 64th, 96th, 128th "offbeat" notes to rotate the beat rather than just very hard hits on 8th and 16th notes. Anyhow, you rock!

Absolutely fantastic sonic presentation, and one outstanding musical project in every frame with a marvelous arrangements. I love that the music "burrows" sounds and samples from every corner of this world.

smooth and funky, could be a tad more varied during the main part, but nevertheless very nice for those sleepless nights, which feel better with tracks like this. :)
