I don't see why this would be rated lower than 4. Might not be the most inventive trance track of the year, but it doesn't have mahor flows. Not on a technical side, at least. Overall sound rendering is pretty good, arrangements are basic and yet, they work well. I don't know the original track, so can't really compare, but this one sounds right to me as is.
