Artist's description:
I'm having problems mastering the first part of this song. As both parts are technically different songs from one another anyway, I figured I'd release this part while im trying to fix the first part.

I've been working on a conceptual album for a while, creating a story. During this process i've been toying with ideas and soundscapes for the sound of the album, and this is pretty much the sound i've come up with so far, soundtracky, epic stuff. THe first part is much more beautiful than this, so a stark contrast, however i'll explain more once the first part is completed to my satisfaction.
Anyway, this is going to be one of the tracks on the album. Cheers

I think, that this song has exciting sound. I like how snare makes whole songs "base".

to be honest thought the intro went on too long... but then I didn't care - this is quite excellent!! Very evocative.

I rather enjoy how the strings come creeping in and out over the steady rhythm of guitar/piano riffs and vibrant pulse of the drums.
