"crumbling belief structures simply mean you are outgrowing the need to belong" BRILLIANT!

seriously though, crumbling belief structures simply means you are outgrowing the need to belong, which is a phony concept anyway, Maslow was wrong, it's a need to validate not belong the need to validate oneself by association with others is downright deadly it's a necessary process to get rid of most of that need god is neither disproved nor proved at that point though my god is the anti-knee-jerk principle and to that I am eternally grateful

from a believer: well done after monism and dualism comes triadism tell me when you get there cuz the madness threatens to start from there again we must help each other navigate

This song perfectly encompasses loss of hope and perhaps the coming of a bitter end. Had it not been for the title and description, the music alone paints such a masterpiece of despair. Proof again that you have the skills for the dark and dirty.

Thank you 6 (Mrsix, if you want to say the full name. i like short names...and long explanations to go along with those short names). Spiritual vacancy can be pretty epic at times. I'm glad the song captured that for you :)

Indeed. Ratings aren't all that important to me though. I'm just glad that I/we have a place like TiS to "publicize" our work...for better or for worse.

your ratings tell a story as well. Everyone should be free to express themselves... it is supposed to be a free society, especially on the internet.

weird tags... Nivana did an interesting cover of "Jesus doesn't want me for a sunbeam" Cheerful and loving.

HA HA HA HA. Oh man, I think I'm hitting a sore spot for someone in the community. It seems that the Tags on this song and "Theism" have some rather interesting messages for us all (mostly me I'm sure cause I'm a godless heathen).

I can imagine this on any NIN album, the production is flawless IMO, really epic. This one definately going on to my favourites
