Very nice piece of music :) I don't see a problem with the mastering as the frequencies are balanced in overall. The synth lead is very high but there is a lot of bass frequencies to cover it up. Sure one could do some tweaks to the individual instruments to make them stand out in the mix a little more but the present state is not bad either, it doesn't hurt the music in any way.

Oh, so this is where all the game music designers meet? :) I do not play the game, I am afraid I have grown too old for this (who am I kidding, dont have time damn it!) - but it sounds nice. Very gameish. The mastering is a tad flat to my ears, but perhaps this is intentional? Oh well, all in all, a 3.5 from me - I rounded to 4.
