I'd say main genre ambient second industrial. or industrial/ambient could work. Definitely industrial influence. Nice track.

Technically, probably not. But I've heard several other examples of ambient industrial, particularly several of Ceekayed's latest uploads, and I've labeled a few of my own the same way. I've always been fond of stylistic mutts that make people scratch their heads trying to classify them.

Other is good. How about experimental? There are some industrial elements here, particularly the rhythm of the 'hats', the character of the snare, and the distortion (hard to avoid 'industrial' with any amount of fuzz). Ambient industrial maybe. Great tune, by the way ;)
