Artist's description:
So there I was, trying hard to complete a big production that I've been working on for ages, and I was getting nowhere. In frustration I started composing this little thing, and it quickly evolved into a nice piece of music all of its own. Funny how things can work out sometimes. :)

This marks the first time in ages that I have started composing a tune AND finished it all in the same day. The first time since... oh, the nineties, surely. About time it happened again, I guess!

TiLT describes this as a mixture between Enigma and Xerxes, and I think I agree.

All comments, criticism and reviews are very welcome! :)

Image is taken from Richard Box's awesome art installation "Field". Check out some of his other work too, it's brilliant!

Thank you so much! A bit surprising to get a comment around here after all these years, but it's most welcome. :)

Wow, thanks! I'm humbled. Very good point about the "slow and fast" concept, too

Anyone who liked Eyspire's "Serene" or Edzes' "Sunset In Alcudia" should really check this one out. There are a lot of both fast and slow layers in here...and it feels incredibly relaxing with ethnic instrumental flavor (yes, indeed much like Enigma) and yet the sort of complex, silky smooth yet glitchy rhythm that could easily drive a break-beat song. We need more "slow and fast" songs like this...the feeling it gives is purely psychedelic and almost magical.

Kind words, sir! :) The "vocal" is in fact a Subtractor (iirc) patch from the Reason Factory Soundbank - I love the sound of it but must be careful not to overuse it. :P

Crap, that's a fair point. I wonder what it is that I'm ignoring? :S
